Jana-Lee Germaine Balish is a native of the Boston area. She is currently working toward her MFA in poetry at Emerson College. When she is not writing or studying, she spends her time chasing her three energetic young sons and preparing for the arrival of her fourth child, due in April.

Andrew Ladd graduated in December from the MFA program at Emerson College, after completing his 270-page thesis, a novel, under the guidance of Margot Livesey and Jessica Treadway. His short fiction has appeared in print in Apalachee Review, and he has also contributed to a number of Boston-area blogs, weeklies, and guidebooks. He currently teaches in Emerson's first-year writing program.


Shea Mullaney is currently pursuing his MFA in Poetry at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. His first full-length collection of poems, Follow the Wolf Moon, appeared in January 2005. His poems have appeared and/or will appear in The New York Review, Breakwater, Soundings East and Hoi Polloi. He is a regular contributor to the online political journal Pemmican. His poetry has been featured as part of the Unitarian Universalist Association’s celebration of marriage equality in Massachusetts. Other work has been featured on WOMR 92.1 FM, Radio Provincetown and WERS 88.9 FM, Boston. He's working on his first spoken-word album.


Lily Rabinoff-Goldman is currently working on her MFA in Fiction at the University of Massachsetts, Boston. Her most recent work is forthcoming in Sycamore Review.
